Atherton Road, Epsom

This project involved the creation of a large, all-weather outdoor entertainment area extending from the open-plan lounge. As part of the renovation, the existing solid masonry open fireplace was demolished and replaced with a modern gas fire in a more compact surround. We also installed radiant ceiling heaters to ensure the deck remains comfortable throughout the year.

A custom-designed pergola with powered opening louvres was constructed over the extended and upgraded deck area. Additionally, the upstairs deck was modified and redesigned to accommodate the louvre system and maximize sunlight across the space. To complete the classic aesthetic, villa-style railings and balusters were added throughout.
