Sanders Avenue, Takapuna

This project involved a full renovation of the entire home in preparation for the market. The transformation included the installation of a brand-new kitchen and two fully renovated bathrooms, along with upgrades to the main living area. Cosmetic improvements were completed throughout the property, including refreshed walls and new flooring.

Outside, the landscaping was redesigned to enhance the home’s street appeal and outdoor usability. The garage was also upgraded with new carpeting, creating a versatile multi-use space suitable for a home office, gym, or additional living area.
